The most important aspect of purchasing a product from our website is that you receive the right wig or hair piece in your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund you once the following criteria is met.

• - The wig tags must not be removed, or cut,  and packaging must remain intact and in it's original manufactures condition when returning.
• - For hygiene reasons we ask that you use a wig cap when initially trying on your wig.
• - Wigs and hairpieces must not be worn, cut, styled, brushed or dyed.
• - You must cancel your order within 14 days of signing and receiving your order.
• - Before returning, you must firstly email [email protected] and inform us of your return and you will be issued an authorisation number which you can write this number on your returns post. (we recommend you use registered post for security reasons in order that you can track your return to us)
